Our government claims to be helping us, they swear, but in reality many of their policies and bureaucrats spend more time hurting us than helping us. This is why we can't be apathetic and ignore our government - local or national. We have to be involved.

Many people say they just want to be left alone. Most of us want the ability to live our lives, unmolested by bureaucrats and not harassed by politicians or their absurd regulations and schemes. However, there is no practical way to avoid the inevitable. You might not take an interest in government or politics, but that won’t prevent them from taking an interest in you, your family, your property and your freedoms. We have no choice. We must engage and be involved to make a difference.

OUR CONSTITUTION BEGINS WITH THE PHRASE “WE THE PEOPLE.”  IT WAS THE FOUNDERS’ INTENT THAT GOVERNMENT BE CREATED BY THE PEOPLE, TO SERVE THE PEOPLE.  IT WASN’T THEIR INTENTION FOR THE PEOPLE TO SERVE THE GOVERNMENT.  IT WAS ALWAYS INTENDED THAT GOVERNMENT WHICH FAILED TO SERVE THE PEOPLE SHOULD BE “ALTERED OR ABOLISHED.”  UNTIL WE RETURN TO THE FOUNDER’S INTENT, WE REMAIN WE THE GOVERNED
