The Washington State Department of Licensing has been on our radar for over a decade now. They are just another one of these poorly run agencies that always seems to be buried under attempts to pretend they are not as scandal plagued as they are. Normally, the cynic in me doesn’t really expect much to change as they bumble forward mired in incompetence. However, things just might be changing, as I discuss in this recent video here (video published February 19th).

Some of my more dedicated readers might remember when we helped with a program up in Skagit County a few years ago, and a Dept of Licensing employee helped explain the voter registration process this agency uses with non-citizens every day and how they are forced to register people to vote even if those same people tell them not to do so.
