For those who care about the actions and activity of our local government and the bureaucracy which runs it, there are a few important rules to follow. The most important one is to follow the money. Politicians and bureaucrats say many things. Some statements and claims by our politicians and bureaucrats are less truthful than others.
However, you can generally figure out their real priorities by watching how they squander and divert tax dollars to their friends and supporters. Follow the money. The money trail usually doesn’t lie.
